Payment

All prices on the site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). All orders are to be paid in full before being processed, including shipping and handling as well as taxes for orders placed in Massachusetts. For files that are uploaded, orders will be processed once an invoice has been paid. When requesting a quote for additional services, a quote will be made in U.S. Dollars and upon approval of the quoted price by the customer; charges will be invoiced using a provided credit card.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a customer has viewed an online, digital soft proof and proceeded with the payment process, Pixxlz begins production. We assume that no errors exist.

If an error has been made on our part, we will re-run an order without additional charges. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, via email or telephone correspondence. Proof of proper sustainable disposal of the damaged goods is required for reprint. This should be in either the form of an email stating that the goods have been properly disposed of, or an emailed photograph of the products being properly recycled. This is a good-faith effort, and Pixxlz expects our customers to adhere to our no-waste philosophy.

Sales Tax

Pixxlz charges sales tax to orders received within the state of Massachusetts, unless you are exempt. In the case of tax exemption, please contact Pixxlz.

Proofs

Online proofs are provided with every job created online at Pixxlz.com. Proceeding to the checkout process indicates an approval of the online proof. Customers realize that online proofs are for content only, and are not accurate representations of the finished product color.

Typos and Errors

Pixxlz is not responsible for any and all typos found in user generated content. This includes orders created with our online templates and files uploaded to our website. Orders will not be credited. Reprints will be treated as new orders and must be paid in full, including shipping.

If it is found that Pixxlz is responsible for any errors, we will reprint the corrected product free of charge.

Color Accuracy

Pixxlz reproduces color from submitted files as closely as possible, but cannot match the exact color. Variations in color are inherent in the printing process, and while often times are not noticeable to the eye, can exist slightly. Placing an order with Pixxlz indicates a customer’s knowledge and acceptance of this possibility. Pixxlz is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to color variance once payment has been made.

In addition, soy-based inks print slightly different than oil-based inks. The color is richer and more vibrant, and while our goal is to accurately match our provided color specifications, once again the customer is aware of possible variance in the final product upon payment of all orders.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with color due to paper stock choice. Customers are given the option to request a free sample kit before ordering, which provides an accurate representation of how toner and ink will look when printed on different recycled stock. Once again, online proofs are not always accurate representations of finished color and will not be accepted as a reason for reprint.

Copyright

Customers enter into an agreement upon uploading or submitting files, text, graphics, logos, and trademarked or registered branding, acknowledging that they are abiding by all copyright laws. Pixxlz is not responsible for copyright infringement and assumes that customers are uploading all files legally and with permission from copyright holders.

Overprint

While Pixxlz aims to deliver exact quantities for all orders, due to the nature of printing, Pixxlz cannot guarantee delivery of exact quantities and reserves the right to print over or under specified quantities by 10%.

In-House Design

Customers that request in-house design services agree to an $80 per hour design charge. This includes design, typesetting, and author’s alteration.

Privacy

Please refer to our privacy statement. Pixxlz will never sell your email or personal information to a third party and only provides necessary information to approved third parties in the ordering process. Pixxlz does not store any credit card, shipping or billing information.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48 hours for printing only. Shipping time is either standard delivery or rush delivery chosen by the customer upon checkout and order completion.

Premium pricing is offered to customers interested in 24 hour turnaround for production at an additional charge of $20. Standard business days are Monday through Friday. 24 hour turnaround orders must be placed before 12 PM EST; otherwise they will enter into 48 hour production. Orders submitted on Friday after 12 PM EST will be submitted to production the following Monday. Premium pricing offers only accelerated turnaround, not rush shipping.
